الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ

All praise is due to Allah Who fed me this and provided it for me without any strength or power from myself.

Alhamdulillah alladhi at'amani hadha wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah

Narrated Mu'adh bin Anas Al-Juhani: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Whoever eats food and then says: Alhamdulillah alladhi at'amani hadha wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah (All praise is due to Allah Who fed me this and provided it for me without any strength or power from myself), he will be forgiven his past and future sins.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 5105, Sunan Ibn Majah 3285). The narrator Mu'adh bin Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'I said to Mu'adh bin Jabal: What about the saying of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)? He replied: It is about the person who has been granted sustenance and has eaten it.'
