All praise is due to Allah, [praiseworthy] praise, abundant, blessed, and perpetual. We have no need [of anything] and it is not to be done away with, nor are we independent of our Lord.

Narrated Abu Umamah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'When one of you finishes his food, let him say: And when one of you finishes the drink of milk, let him say: And when one of you finishes his clothes, let him say: And when one of you finishes his food, let him say: One of the men said to Ibn Aflah: 'Shall I not teach you what the Prophet (ﷺ) taught 'Umar bin Al-Khattab?' So he taught him that. And the Prophet (ﷺ) taught 'Umar bin Al-Khattab: And the Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'Seventy thousand angels descend and say: O Allah! Bless him and send blessings upon him.' (This translation is a paraphrase and compilation for context, the main dua is the direct quote as provided in the entry).
