الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ، غَيْرَ مَكْفِيٍّ وَلَا مُوَدَّعٍ وَلَا مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْهُ رَبُّنَا

All praise is due to Allah, an abundant, pure, blessed praise. (He is) our Lord, without Whom we cannot be self-sufficient, and Who is not to be bid farewell, and Who is not to be disregarded.

Alhamdulillah hamdan katheeran tayyiban mubarakan feehi, ghaira makfiyyin wa la muwadda'in wa la mustaghna 'anhu Rabbuna

Narrated Abu Umamah: The Prophet ﷺ, when there was no food, used to fast, and when there was food, he would break his fast. The Prophet ﷺ, when he had food, would say: 'Alhamdulillah hamdan katheeran tayyiban mubarakan feehi, ghaira makfiyyin wa la muwadda'in wa la mustaghna 'anhu Rabbuna.' (All praise is due to Allah, an abundant, pure, blessed praise. (He is) our Lord, without Whom we cannot be self-sufficient, and Who is not to be bid farewell, and Who is not to be disregarded.)
