Most significantly, the part 'astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk' (I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance) is crucial. And I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty and the torment of the grave.' And when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished his meal, he would say: 'Praise be to Allah, praise be to Allah, praise be to Allah.' And when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished eating, he would say: 'Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You. I bear witness that there is no god but You.
