الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ، غَيْرَ مَكْفِيٍّ وَلَا مُوَدَّعٍ وَلَا مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْهُ رَبُّنَا.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'When anyone of you has eaten food, let him say: 'Al-hamdu lillahi alladhi at'amana wa rawaqana, wa ja'ala lana min ghairi quwwatin wa la nukuh.' (Praise be to Allah Who has fed me this food and provided it without any strength or power from my side).
