In the name of Allah. O Allah, make us beloved to the hearts of Your believing servants and adorn us in their hearts, and protect us from the evils of the devils and their helpers, and protect us from the evils of those who envy, and protect us from the evils of oppression and the envious.
Bismillah, Allahumma habbibna ila qulubi 'ibadik-al-mu'mineen wa zayyinna fi qulubihim, wa a'idhna min shurur-ish-shayateen wa ansarihim, wa a'idhna min shurur-il-hawassid, wa a'idhna min shurur-il-baghy wal-hasideen.

Virtues & Benefits
This powerful supplication, while general, directly addresses seeking refuge from envy and harmful intentions, which is the root of the evil eye. By asking Allah to make us beloved and adorn us in the hearts of believers, we are essentially seeking favor and protection that can indirectly extend to our care for animals. It highlights the importance of spiritual well-being for all of creation under our care.
Source & Authentication
Narrated by Ibn Abbas: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to seek refuge for Al-Hasan and Al-Husain, saying: 'I seek refuge for you both in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and every poisonous creature, and from every evil eye.' Then he would say: 'It was indeed my father (Abraham) who used to seek refuge for Isma'il and Ishaq with these words.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 3371, Sahih Muslim 2060). The dua provided here is a more extensive version attributed to seeking broader protection for one's household and by extension, those under one's care like animals.
