The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'Whoever lodges at a place and then says: "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created," nothing will harm him until he moves from that place.' (Sahih Muslim 2708). While this hadith specifically mentions lodging at a place, the universality of 'what He has created' encompasses all aspects of nature, including the frost and cold.
