سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي يُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِ
Glory be to Him whom the thunder extols by praising Him, and the angels too out of awe of Him.

It was narrated that Ibn az-Zubayr used to say when he heard thunder: "Subhanalladhi yusabbihur ra'du bihamdihi wal mala'ikatu min khifatih" (Glory be to Him whom the thunder extols by praising Him, and the angels too out of awe of Him), and he would say: "Indeed, this is a severe warning for those who are heedless."
