The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'Whoever says: A'udhu bikalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq (I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created), then nothing will harm him until he moves from that place.' In another narration: 'Whoever says this three times in the evening, nothing will harm him that night. And whoever says it three times in the morning, nothing will harm him that day until he is no longer in that place.'
