Virtues & Benefits
Seeking refuge in Allah from the heat is a way of acknowledging His dominion over all natural phenomena, including weather. By turning to Him, we are asking for His mercy and protection from the harmful effects of extreme heat, which can lead to discomfort, illness, and even heatstroke. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us to seek refuge in Allah from various evils, and extreme heat is certainly one that can affect our well-being.
