اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِيْ كَسَانِيْ هٰذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيْهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّيْ وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
All praise is due to Allah, Who clothed me with this garment and provided it for me without any strength or power from myself.
Alhamdulillahilladhi kasani hadha-th-thawba wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwatin.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: When any one of you performs ablution and then says: 'Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You; I bear witness that there is no god but You; I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance,' it will be written on a parchment and sealed, and will not be broken until the Day of Resurrection. When any one of you wears a garment and says: 'All praise is due to Allah, Who clothed me with this and provided it for me without any strength on my part or any power,' all his previous sins will be forgiven. And when any one of you performs ablution and says: 'I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, alone, without any associate, and I bear witness that Muhammad is Your servant and Your messenger,' all his sins will be forgiven which he committed in the day or in the night. And when any one of you puts on a garment and says: 'All praise is due to Allah, Who clothed me with this and provided it for me without any strength on my part or any power,' all his previous sins will be forgiven. And when any one of you takes his food and says: 'O Allah, grant us good in it and provide us with food that is better than it,' all his sins will be forgiven. And when any one of you rides a mount and says: 'Glory be to Allah...'; (the rest of the hadith is similar to the hadith on the ablution).
