اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِيْ كَسَانِيْ هٰذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيْهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِّنِّيْ وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
All praise is due to Allah who clothed me in this garment and provided it for me without any strength or power from myself.
Alhamdulillahilladhi kasani hadha ath-thawba wa razaqanihi min ghairi hawlin minni wa la quwwatin.

It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he wore a new garment, would mention its name (like shirt, or a turban), and then say: 'Alhamdulillahilladhi kasani hadha ath-thawba wa razaqanihi min ghairi hawlin minni wa la quwwatin.'
