الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
Praise be to Allah Who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me, without any strength or power on my part.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: When any one of you performs ablution and then puts on two garments, he should say: Praise be to Allah Who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me, without any strength or power on my part. And when he takes off his garment, he should say: Praise be to Allah Who has ordained for me garments to cover my private parts and to adorn myself in my prayers.
