Source & Authentication
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: If one of you wears a new garment, he should mention the name of Allah (say Bismillah), and then thank Him and say: 'All praise is for Allah Who clothed me with this garment and provided it for me without any strength or power from myself.' (Or he may say:) 'O Allah, praise be to You as You have clothed me. I ask You for its good and the good of what it was made for, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of what it was made for.'
