All praise is due to Allah Who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me without any strength or power from my side.
Alhamdulillah alladhi kasani hadha ath-thawba wa-razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa-la quwwah

Source & Authentication
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: When one of you puts on a garment, he should say: And when one of you takes off a garment, he should say: بِسْمِ اللَّهِ (Bismillah). (Reported by Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi and graded Hasan).
