Narrated by Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, 'When any one of you wakes up from sleep, he should say: Alhamdulillah alladhi radda 'alayya ruhi, wa 'aafani fi jasadi, wa adhina li bi dhikrih (All praise is for Allah, Who returned my soul to me and kept my body sound, and permitted me to remember Him).'
