الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي فِي جَسَدِي وَرَدَّ عَلَيَّ رُوحِي وَأَذِنَ لِي بِذِكْرِهِ

All praise is due to Allah, Who restored my soul to me, granted me well-being in my body, and permitted me to remember Him.

Alhamdulillah alladhi 'afani fi jasadi wa radda 'alayya ruhi wa adhina li bi dhikrih

When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) woke up, he would say: 'All praise is due to Allah, Who restored my soul to me, granted me well-being in my body, and permitted me to remember Him.' (Sunan At-Tirmidhi 3508). The Tirmidhi collection grades this hadith as Hasan Gharib.
