الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي فِي جَسَدِي وَرَدَّ عَلَيَّ رُوحِي وَأَذِنَ لِي بِذِكْرِهِ

All praise is for Allah Who restored my health in my body, returned my soul to me, and granted me permission to remember Him.

Alhamdulillah alladhi 'aafani fi jasadi, wa radda 'alayya ruhi, wa adhina li bikhrih

It was narrated from 'Ubaidullah bin Abu Bakr bin Anas, from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he woke up, he would say: 'Alhamdulillah alladhi 'aafani fi jasadi, wa radda 'alayya ruhi, wa adhina li bikhrih.' (All praise is for Allah Who restored my health in my body, returned my soul to me, and granted me permission to remember Him.)
