Narrated Hudhaifah: The Prophet ﷺ, when he got up for the night (to pray), used to say: 'Subhana-kallahumma wa bihamdika, ash-hadu alla ilaaha illa Anta, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilaik' (Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and I turn to You in repentance). And when he woke up from sleep, he used to say: 'Alhamdu lillahilladhee ahyaana ba'da ma amaatanaa wa ilaihin-nushoor' (All praise is due to Allah Who gave us life after death, and to Him is the return). Sahih al-Bukhari 6312.
