Sahih HadithSahih Muslim 2722

There is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer, Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Almighty, the Forgiving.

Source & Authentication

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: If one of you is awake at night, and he says: 'La ilaha ill-Allah al-Wahid al-Qahhar, Rabb as-samawati wa al-ard wa ma baynahuma al-Aziz al-Ghaffar' (There is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer, Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Almighty, the Forgiving), then Allah says: 'Turn away from him (i.e. abandon punishing him)'. And in another narration: 'My servant has sought refuge in Me.'
