الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي فِي جَسَدِي، وَرَدَّ عَلَيَّ رُوحِي، وَأَذِنَ لِي بِذِكْرِهِ

Praise be to Allah Who gave me health in my body, returned my soul to me, and granted me permission to remember Him.

Alhamdulillahilladhi 'afani fi jasadi, wa radda 'alayya ruhi, wa adhina li bidhikrih

Source & Authentication

It was narrated from 'Ubaidillah bin Abi Bakr bin Yasir, from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: When one of you wakes up in the morning, let him say: 'Alhamdulillahilladhi 'afani fi jasadi, wa radda 'alayya ruhi, wa adhina li bidhikrih.' (Praise be to Allah Who gave me health in my body, returned my soul to me, and granted me permission to remember Him.)
