It was narrated from 'Ubaidullah bin 'Abdullah bin 'Umar, from his father, that when the Prophet ﷺ woke up, he would say: 'Alhamdulillahilladhi 'afani fi jasadi, wa radda 'alayya ruhi, wa adhina li bidhikrih.'
