Dua for Waking Up with a Desire for Martyrdom

Waking Up
Sahih HadithSunan An-Nasa'i 3104

O Allah, I ask You for martyrdom in Your cause, and pilgrimage to Your Sacred House, and a death that is not a death of fornication, and a killing without disgrace. And a life of happiness, and the death of a martyr. O Allah, I ask You for good provision, and a righteous life, and a righteous death, and a righteous end. O Allah, do not disgrace my deeds, nor humiliate me in this world or the Hereafter. O Allah, do not give Satan a way over me, nor an enemy a way over me, nor anyone other than You a way over me. O Allah, I ask You for Paradise and its bliss, and that which brings me closer to it from speech or deeds. And I seek refuge in You from the Fire and that which brings me closer to it from speech or deeds. And I ask You to make every decree You decree for me good.

Allahumma inni as'alukash-shahadatan fi sabilik, wa hajja baytikal-haram, wa mawtan ghayra zinin, wa qatlan doona naghlin, wa 'aysha sa'adatin, wa miteyata shahadatin. Allahumma inni as'aluka rizqan tayyiban, wa ma'eeshatan sawiyyatan, wa maytatan sawiyyatan, wa khutuman sawiyyatan.
