Narrated Hudhaifa: Whenever the Prophet ﷺ got up for the night (to offer the prayer), he would say: 'Allah is the Greatest! Glory be to Allah! Praise be to Allah! There is no god but Allah! Allah is the Greatest! And there is no power except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great.' Then he would say: 'O Allah! Forgive me my sins, or he said: forgive me my faults. And he would say: 'O Allah! Grant me guidance, guard me against error, provide for me, and grant me sufficiency.' And he would seek refuge in Allah from the punishment of the Fire and from the torment of the grave. And when he would have woken up from sleep and praised Allah as he had said above, he would have finished his supplication. And when he raised his head from bowing and said: 'Allah hears him who praises Him,' he would stand and say: 'Our Lord, to You belongs the praise,' and when he prostrated himself, he would say: 'O Allah, Lord, forgive me my sins, or he said: forgive me my faults.' And when he turned from his prayer he would say: 'O Allah! Grant me sufficiency from all evil, and seek refuge in Allah from the evil of the world and the punishment of the Hereafter.' And when he got up from sleep, he would say: 'Praise be to Allah Who gave us life after death, and to Him is the return.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 6312)
