Narrated Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him): When the Prophet (peace be upon him) wanted to sleep, he would say: 'Bismika amutu wa ahya' (With Your Name I die and live). And when he woke up, he would say: 'Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana, wal-nushuri ilaihi' (All the praises are for Allah Who awoke us after death, and to Him is the waking up).
