To Allah we belong and to Him we return. O Allah, You have restored to me what I lost and guided me to it. So make it beneficial for me and help me with it. O Allah, there is no preventer of what You give, and no giver of what You withhold, and no wealth can benefit a wealthy person against You. O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for Your forgiveness and Your well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my property.
Innā lillāhi wa innā ilayhi rāji'ūn. Allāhumma anta raddadta 'alayya ḍālaltī, wa hadaytanī ilayhā, fa atqin-hā lī wa a'innī 'alayhā. Allāhumma lā māni'a limā a'ṭayta, wa lā mu'ṭiya limā mana'ta, wa lā yanfa'u dhal-jaddi minka al-jadd. Allāhumma innī as'aluka al-'āfiyata fī ad-dunyā wal-ākhirah. Allāhumma innī as'aluka 'afwaka wa 'āfiyataka fī dīnī wa dunyāya wa ahlī wa mālī.

Source & Authentication
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: When one of you loses something, let him say: 'Innā lillāhi wa innā ilayhi rāji'ūn.' (To Allah we belong and to Him we return.) And then say: 'Allāhumma rudda 'alayya ḍālaltī.' (O Allah, restore to me what I have lost.) Then Allah will restore it to him. He also said: If you ask Allah for 'āfiyah, ask Him for 'āfiyah in this world and the Hereafter. No one has been given anything better than 'āfiyah. (Recorded in Sunan Abi Dawud, Sunan Ibn Majah, and other collections, with variations in wording that convey the same core meaning.
