Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The last statement of Ibrahim (peace be upon him) when he was thrown into the fire was: 'Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal wakeel' (Allah is Sufficient for us and He is the Best Disposer of affairs). Sahih al-Bukhari 4564. Another narration mentions: 'Ibn 'Abbas narrated that when (Prophet) Ibrahim (peace be upon him) was thrown into the fire, he said: 'Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal wakeel' (Allah is sufficient for us and He is the Best Disposer of affairs). And (the last statement of) Prophet Muhammad ﷺ when he was told: 'Verily, the people have gathered against you [an army], so fear them.' he said: 'Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal wakeel' (Allah is sufficient for us and He is the Best Disposer of affairs).' Sahih al-Bukhari 4563.
