Imagine yourself nestled under the protection of the 'Arsh (Throne) of Allah, finding solace in His vastness.

Virtues & Benefits

This dua is a powerful declaration of Tawakkul (trust in Allah). When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught this to Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him), he assured him that whoever says this du'a in the morning, Allah will suffice him against any worry or harm that comes his way for the day. It shifts our focus from our own perceived weaknesses and the magnitude of our worries to the infinite power and sufficiency of Allah. It's a shield against anxieties that try to consume us, reminding us that our ultimate reliance is not on our own strength, but on His.
