Dua for Trusting Allah's Plan When Dealing with Difficult People at Work

Trust in Allah
Sahih HadithSahih Muslim 2707

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the decline of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that You are displeased with. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from helplessness and laziness, from cowardice and stinginess, and from the heavy burden of debt and the overpowering of men.

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min hammi wa huzni, wa 'ajzi wa kasali, wa jubni wa bukhli, wa dola'id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijal.
