O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god but You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is no god but You.

This powerful dua is a comprehensive plea for overall well-being, including physical health. Recite it daily, especially in the morning, asking Allah for protection and health not just for yourself, but also with the intention of seeking this for your spouse and loved ones. You can also make a more specific, heartfelt dua in your own words at any time, raising your hands and supplicating for your spouse's health and longevity.
How to Read
Make this dua with sincerity and a clear intention for your spouse's well-being. Facing the Qiblah can be a good etiquette, but it's not a strict requirement for supplication. ‘Urwah bin Al-Jarrah (the narrator) said: I said to ‘Uthman bin ‘Affan: 'What is the most excellent dua?' He said: 'I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say: 'The most excellent dua is the dua for 'afiyah (well-being) on the Day of 'Arafah.' Then he said: 'The most excellent dua is the dua for 'afiyah on the Day of 'Arafah.' Then he said: 'The most excellent dua is the dua on the Day of 'Arafah, and the dua that is said on the Day of the Covenant. I said: 'O Allah's Messenger, what is the dua on the Day of the Covenant?' He said: 'The one who says: 'O Allah, I ask You for health in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion and my worldly affairs. O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency.' Then he said: 'O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god but You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is no god but You.' This was narrated by Malik and Abu Dawud and Al-Tirmidhi, who said this is a Hasan Gharib hadith. Al-Tirmidhi said: 'This hadith is Hasan Gharib.'
