O Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, our Lord and Lord of all things, the Cleaver of the grain and the date-stone, the Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Criterion (Quran). I seek refuge in You from the evil of all things that You are seizing by their forelocks. O Allah, You are the First, so there is nothing before You; You are the Last, so there is nothing after You; You are the Apparent, so there is nothing above You; You are the Hidden, so there is nothing nearer than You. Discharged our debt and enrich us from poverty.
Allahumma Rabba as-samawati wa Rabba al-ard, Rabbana wa Rabba kulli shay', faliq al-habbi wan-nawa, wa munzil at-Tawrati wal-Injili wal-Furqan, a'udhu bika min sharri kulli shay'in anta akhidhun binasiyatih. Allahumma Anta al-Awwalu falaysa qablaka shay', wa Anta al-Akhiru falaysa ba'daka shay', wa Anta az-Zahiru falaysa fawqaka shay', wa Anta al-Batinu falaysa duna ka shay', iqdi 'anna daynana wa aghnina min al-faqr.

Sahih Muslim 2713: Narrated by Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: A creditor came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and asked him to help him recover his debt. He said to him: "What are you saying to your creditor?" He said: "I am saying: Allahumma Rabba as-samawati wa Rabba al-ard, Rabbana wa Rabba kulli shay', faliq al-habbi wan-nawa, wa munzil at-Tawrati wal-Injili wal-Furqan, a'udhu bika min sharri kulli shay'in anta akhidhun binasiyatih. Allahumma Anta al-Awwalu falaysa qablaka shay', wa Anta al-Akhiru falaysa ba'daka shay', wa Anta az-Zahiru falaysa fawqaka shay', wa Anta al-Batinu falaysa duna ka shay', iqdi 'anna daynana wa aghnina min al-faqr." Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said: "Say it each morning and evening, and if your debt is like the debt of all the people of the earth, Allah will discharge it for you."
