أُعِيذُكُمَا بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ
I seek protection for you both with the perfect words of Allah, from every devil and every poisonous crawling creature, and from every evil, envious eye.

How to Read
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ would recite this dua for his grandsons, Hasan and Husayn (may Allah be pleased with them). It is recited by placing the hand on the child's head or body and repeating the words sincerely, with complete reliance on Allah. It's encouraged to recite it three times, as the Prophet ﷺ did for his grandsons.

Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to seek refuge in Allah for Hasan and Husayn, saying: 'I seek protection for you both with Allah’s perfect words, from every devil and every beast, and from every evil eye.' Then he would say: 'Abraham (Ibrahim) used to seek refuge in Allah with these same words for Ishmael and Isaac (peace be upon them).' (Sahih al-Bukhari 3371)
