In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah and His Power from the evil of what I find and what I fear.

It was narrated from 'Uthman bin Abi Al-'As (may Allah be pleased with him) that he complained to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a pain he felt in his body since he had become Muslim. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him: 'Place your hand on the place where you feel pain in your body, and say: Bismillah (In the name of Allah) three times, and say: A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhir (I seek refuge in Allah and His Power from the evil of what I find and what I fear) seven times.'
