بِسْمِ اللَّهِ فِتْنَتَكَ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَذَاتِهِ وَمُلْكِهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ وَمِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا
In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah, His Self, His Kingdom, and His Power from the accursed devil, and from everything, and from every moving creature whose forelock is in His hand.
Bismillahi a'udhu billahi wa dhātihi wa mulkihi wa qudratihi minash-shaytanir-rajim wa min kulli shay'in wa min kulli dābbatin anta ākhidhun bināṣiyatihā.

This powerful dua is for moments when you feel a return of sickness, or even when you are recovering and wish to solidify your health. Recite it when you feel the slightest sign of illness returning, or as a general protection when you are feeling better but want to ward off future ailments. It’s a proactive and reactive dua, a true shield.
How to Read
This supplication is best recited when you feel unwell or fear a relapse. Place your hand on the area of pain if the illness is localized, and repeat this dua with sincere conviction. Remember to also maintain the general etiquettes of dua: facing the Qiblah, raising your hands (if appropriate for the situation), and having firm belief in Allah's ability to protect you. Uttering it clearly and with contemplation is key.

Usman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who says 'Bismillahi alladhi la yadhurru ma'a Ismihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwa As-Sami'u As-'Alim' (In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can harm on earth nor in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing) three times, will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until the morning, and he who says it in the morning three times will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until the evening." He (Usman) said: "Abu Banr, who was a strong man, narrated this hadith from the Prophet (ﷺ) and Usman (may Allah be pleased with him) had this ailment on him, and whoever looked at his shoulder felt a pain from it. Then Usman started to look at his shoulder and he recited this dua and Usman said: 'Nothing has made me laugh since I said the words of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). I have never repeated them on that day except once, and the like of this hadith has not deterred me from saying them.' (The narrator said: 'Usman was complaining of a pain in his shoulder.') (The narrator Abu Banr) mentioned: 'When the pain approached him, he would put his hand on the place of pain and recite this dua.' This hadith has been narrated by Yahya b. Yahya (hadith No. 2710) and it is with this wording. In a narration of Abu Khayb: 'He would say... (the rest of the hadith is similar to this).
