‘Uthman ibn Abi al-‘As reported: I complained to Allah’s Messenger ﷺ about a pain I had felt in my body since I became Muslim. Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said: 'Place your hand on the part where you feel pain in your body, and say: Bismillahi (In the name of Allah) three times, and say seven times: A'udhu bi'izzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru (I seek refuge in Allah and His Power from the evil of what I feel and what I fear).' ‘Uthman ibn Abi al-‘As said: I did that, and Allah removed the pain from which I had suffered, and I have continued to say it to my family and others.'
