اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي كُلَّهُ، دِقَّهُ وَجِلَّهُ، أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ، عَلَانِيَتَهُ وَسِرَّهُ، أَصْلِحْ لِي ظَاهِرِي وَبَاطِنِي، إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
O Allah, forgive me my sin, all of it, the small and the great, the first and the last, the open and the secret. Rectify for me what is apparent of me and what is hidden within me. Indeed, You have power over all things.
Allahumma-ghfir li dhanbi kullahu, diqqahu wa jillahu, awwalahu wa akhirahu, 'alanitahu wa sirrahu, aslih li dhahiri wa batini, innaka 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer

It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say in his prayer: 'O Allah, forgive me my sin, all of it, the small and the great, the first and the last, the open and the secret. O Allah, make me firm in my religion, and make me rectifiy what is hidden within me, and make me firm in my faith, and make me firm in my intention, and make me firm in the good, and make me firm in my knowledge, and make me firm in my heedfulness, and make me firm in my piety, and make me firm in my gratitude, and make me firm in my trust in You, and make me firm in Your companionship, and make me firm in my reliance upon You, and make me firm in my gratitude for the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and make me firm in my wellbeing. O Allah, O Most Merciful of those who show mercy.' (Sahih Muslim 771)
