اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلَالِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ
O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful provision instead of Your unlawful provision, and enrich me with Your grace, so that I may not need anyone other than You.

‘Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: "I have a slave whom I have wronged (in terms of her wages)." He said: "Call him." He was not called. He said: "Call him." He was not called. He said: "Call him." He was called. So the Prophet ﷺ said: "Indeed, Allah has taken charge of the affairs of every man. He (the slave) is sustained by his sustenance, and given respite with his respite." Then the Prophet ﷺ said: "O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful provision instead of Your unlawful provision, and enrich me with Your grace, so that I may not need anyone other than You."
