اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا، وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا

O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provision, and acceptable deeds.

Allahumma inni as'aluka 'ilman nafi'an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan

When to Read

This dua is beneficial to recite when seeking Allah's blessings upon your marriage, particularly when initiating your married life or whenever you feel the need to pray for increased barakah (blessings) and provision for yourself and your spouse. It can be made individually or together with your spouse.

How to Read

Recite this dua with sincerity and conviction, focusing on the meaning of the words. It's recommended to raise your hands slightly, facing the Qiblah if possible. Begin by praising Allah and sending Salawat upon the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Utter the dua clearly, understanding that Allah hears all prayers. It's most potent when made with a pure heart and belief in Allah's power to grant it.
