بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفَجْأَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَدْمِ الْبِنَاءِ، وَسُقُوطِ الْحِمَاءِ، وَغَرَقٍ، وَغَرَقٍ، وَحَرَقٍ، وَهَرَمٍ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ أَنْ يَتَخَبَّطَنِي الشَّيْطَانُ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ، وَأَنْ أَمُوتَ فِي سَبِيلِكَ مُدْبِرًا، وَأَنْ أَمُوتَ لَدِيغًا. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ، وَأَهْلِي وَمَالِي، اللَّهُمَّ اسْتُرْ عَوْرَاتِي، وَآمِنْ رَوْعَاتِي، اللَّهُمَّ احْفَظْنِي مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيَّ، وَمِنْ خَلْفِي، وَعَنْ يَمِينِي، وَعَنْ شِمَالِي، وَمِنْ فَوْقِي، وَأَعُوذُ بِعَظَمَتِكَ أَنْ أُغْتَالَ مِنْ تَحْتِي.
In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the passing away of Your favors, and from the change of Your protection, and from the sudden punishment, and from all Your displeasure. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demolition of buildings, and from falling into a ravine, and from drowning, and burning, and old age. I seek refuge in You from being snatched by the devil at the time of death, and from dying in Your cause, turning my back, and from dying from a sting. O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion and my worldly affairs, and my family and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my private parts and ease my fears. O Allah, protect me from before me and from behind me, and from my right and from my left, and from above me, and I seek refuge in Your greatness lest I be destroyed from beneath me.
Bismillaah, Allaahumma innee a'udhu bika min zawaali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'aafiyatika, wa foj'ati niqmatik, wa jamee'i sakhatik. Allaahumma innee a'udhu bika min hadmil binaa'i, wa suqootil himaa'i, wa gharaqin, wa haraqin, wa haramin, wa a'udhu bika min an yatakhabbatanish shaytaanu 'indal mawt, wa an amoota fee sabeelika mudbiran, wa an amoota ladeedhan. Allaahumma innee as'alukal 'aafiyata fid-dunya wal aakhirah. Allaahumma innee as'alukal 'afwa wal 'aafiyata fee deenee wa dunyaaya, wa ahlee wa maalee. Allaahumma-stur 'awraatee, wa aamin raw'aatee. Allaahumma-hfadhnee min bayni yadayya, wa min khalfi, wa 'an yameenee, wa 'an shimaalee, wa min fawqee, wa a'udhu bi'adhamatika an ughtaala min tahtee.
When to Read
This comprehensive dua is best recited after every obligatory prayer, and also in the morning and evening. It can be made anytime you feel a need for increased protection for yourself, your family, and your sustenance, especially when witnessing blessings that might attract envy or the evil eye. Make it a habit as part of your daily remembrance of Allah.

Recite with sincerity and firm conviction in Allah's power to protect. It is recommended to raise your hands slightly while reciting, as you would in supplication. Focus on the meaning of each phrase, understanding that you are actively seeking refuge in Allah from specific harms. Repeat it consistently, especially in the morning and evening, and after prayers.
