QuranAl-Ma'idah 5:114

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا أَنْزِلْ عَلَيْنَا مَائِدَةً مِنَ السَّمَاءِ تَكُونُ لَنَا عِيدًا لِأَوَّلِنَا وَآخِرِنَا وَآيَةً مِنْكَ ۖ وَارْزُقْنَا وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ

Our Lord, bestow upon us from Yourself sustenance in [this world] and the Hereafter. And avert from us the torment of the Fire.

Allahumma rabbana anzil 'alayna ma'idatan minas-sama'i takunu lana 'eedan li'awwalina wa akhirina wa ayatan minka, warzuqna wa anta khayrur-raziqin

When to Read

This dua is a supplication from the Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) to Allah for a miraculous meal from the heavens to serve as a festival for them. While this specific request was unique, the underlying plea is for Allah's provision, sustenance, and protection from hardship.
