اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، أَذْهِبِ البَأْسَ، اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove this suffering. Heal him, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness behind.
Allahumma Rabb an-nas, adh-hibil-ba's, ishfi anta ash-shafi, la shifaa illa shifaa'uka, shifaa'an la yughadiru saqama.

‘A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: When Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) visited a patient, he would say: 'O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove this suffering. Heal him, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness behind.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 5743). Another narration states: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite over the sick: 'O Allah, Lord of mankind, heal him and grant him courage. Heal him from his illness.' And Aisha said: 'I used to treat him with this invocation.' When he became ill with his final illness, he started doing that with his own person and said: 'O Allah, forgive my sins, make me well, and join me with the Highest Companion.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 5745).
