Virtues & Benefits
This powerful dua, taught by the Prophet Muhammad ๏ทบ, directly asks Allah for assistance in three core aspects of faith: remembering Him (dhikr), being thankful to Him (shukr), and worshipping Him beautifully (husn al-'ibadah). By asking for help in these areas, we equip ourselves to face the challenges of fasting not with grumbling, but with a spirit of gratitude and devotion. It shifts our focus from the discomfort to the immense blessings of the fast and Allah's divine support. The Prophet ๏ทบ emphasized the importance of asking Allah for help in worship, indicating that true worship and endurance come from His grace.
