اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْٓ أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجْأَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيْعِ سَخَطِكَ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ جَهْدِ الْبَلَاءِ، وَدَرْكِ الشَّقَاءِ، وَسُوْءِ الْقَضَاءِ، وَشَمَاتَةِ الْأَعْدَاءِ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ مُنْكَرَاتِ الْأَخْلَاقِ وَالْأَعْمَالِ وَالْأَهْوَاءِ
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demise of Your blessings, the reversal of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You. I seek refuge in You from the hardships of trials, the attainment of misery, the evil of destiny, and the rejoicing of enemies. And I seek refuge in You from evil manners, deeds, and desires.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuj'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Wa a'udhu bika min jahdil-bala', wa darkish-shaqa', wa su'il-qada', wa shamatatil-a'da'. Wa a'udhu bika min munkaratil-akhlaqi wal-a'mali wal-ahwa'.

He also used to say: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the agony of affliction, the reaching of wretchedness, the evil of decree, and the rejoicing of the enemies.'
