اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّى اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجْاٰةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيْعِ سَخَطِكَ، اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّى اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَمِلْتُ، وَشَرِّ مَا لَمْ اَعْمَلْ
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, and from the change of Your protection, and from the sudden punishment, and from all that You are displeased with. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done, and from the evil of what I have not done.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matika, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatika, wa fuja'ati niqmatika, wa jami'i sakhatik, Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sharri ma 'amiltu, wa sharri ma lam a'mal.

‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to supplicate: اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّى اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجْاٰةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيْعِ سَخَطِكَ، اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّى اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَمِلْتُ، وَشَرِّ مَا لَمْ اَعْمَلْ.
