اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ مُنْكَرَاتِ الأَخْلاقِ وَالأَعْمالِ وَالأَهْواءِ.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, the reversal of the well-being You granted, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that You dislike. And I seek refuge in You from the evil of character, deeds, and desires.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik, wa a'udhu bika min munkaratil akhlaqi wal a'mali wal ahwa'.

Narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would often supplicate: 'O Allah, O Turner of the hearts, make my heart firm on Your religion.' Abdullah ibn Umar said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Indeed, the hearts of the children of Adam are between the fingers of the Most Merciful, like a single heart, He turns it however He wills.' Then he said: 'O Allah, make our hearts firm on Your obedience.' (Sahih Muslim 2607). Another hadith from Sahih Muslim (2708) mentions the supplication: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, the reversal of the well-being You granted, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that You dislike. And I seek refuge in You from the evil of character, deeds, and desires.'
