O Allah, I ask You for its [the wind's] goodness, the goodness of what is in it, and the goodness of what it was sent with. And I seek refuge in You from its evil, the evil of what is in it, and the evil of what it was sent with.
Allahumma inni as'aluka khayraha wa khayra ma fiha wa khayra ma ursilat bihi, wa a'udhu bika min sharriha wa sharri ma fiha wa sharri ma ursilat bihi.

'A'isha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: When the wind blew strongly, the Prophet (ﷺ) used to say: 'O Allah, I ask You for its [the wind's] goodness, the goodness of what is in it, and the goodness of what it was sent with. And I seek refuge in You from its evil, the evil of what is in it, and the evil of what it was sent with.'
