Narrated by Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them): The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to seek refuge in Allah for Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn, saying: 'I seek refuge in Allah's perfect words from every devil and every beast, and from every evil eye.' Then he would say: 'Allah's protection is sufficient for me.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 3371). Another narration states: 'U'eezhuha bikalimatillahit-tammati min sharri kulli shaytanin wa hammatin, wa min kulli 'aynin lammati' (I seek refuge for her/him in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and poisonous creature and from every evil eye).
