O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demise of Your blessings, and the change of Your protection, and the sudden punishment, and all that displeases You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, and I seek refuge in You from weakness and laziness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the overpowering of men.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuj'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min al-hammi wal-hazan, wa a'udhu bika min al-'ajzi wal-kasal, wa a'udhu bika min al-jubni wal-buhl, wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahrir-rijal.

‘Amr bin Al-Harith (May Allah be pleased with him) said: I did not leave anything after the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) more valuable than two Rak'ahs which he used to perform in the daytime, and that he often recited: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min al-hammi wal-hazan, wa a'udhu bika min al-'ajzi wal-kasal, wa a'udhu bika min al-jubni wal-buhl, wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahrir-rijal.'
