اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي عَبْدُكَ، ابْنُ عَبْدِكَ، ابْنُ أَمَتِكَ، نَاصِيَتِي بِيَدِكَ، مَاضٍ فِيَّ حُكْمُكَ، عَدْلٌ فِيَّ قَضَاؤُكَ، أَسْأَلُكَ بِكُلِّ اسْمٍ هُوَ لَكَ، سَمَّيْتَ بِهِ نَفْسَكَ، أَوْ أَنْزَلْتَهُ فِي كِتَابِكَ، أَوْ عَلَّمْتَهُ أَحَدًا مِنْ خَلْقِكَ، أَوْ اسْتَأْثَرْتَ بِهِ فِي عِلْمِ الْغَيْبِ عِنْدَكَ، أَنْ تَجْعَلَ الْقُرْآنَ رَبِيعَ قَلْبِي، وَنُورَ صَدْرِي، وَجِلَاءَ حُزْنِي، وَذَهَابَ هَمِّي، وَغَمِّي، وَأَنْ تُعِينَنِي عَلَى قَضَاءِ الدَّيْنِ، وَتُغْنِيَنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَنْ جَمِيعِ خَلْقِكَ.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is forever executed. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept unto Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen that You have. I ask You to make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, the light of my chest, the remover of my sadness, and the banisher of my worry and grief. And that You assist me in paying off my debt, and enrich me with Your bounty, sufficient for me, so that I need none other than You.

Ahmad bin Hanbal narrated from Abdullah that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'There is no one who is afflicted with distress and then says: *Allahumma inni 'abdoka, ibnu 'abdika, ibnu amatika, nasaniyati biyadika, madin fiyya hukmuka, 'adlun fiyya qada'uka.
