O Allah, make the best of my life its end, and the best of my deeds their conclusions, and the best of my days the day I meet You.
Allahumma ij'al khayra 'umri akhirahu, wa khayra 'amali khawatimahu, wa khayra ayyami yawma alqaka fihi.

The hadith is narrated by Abdullah bin Busr (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was asked, "O Messenger of Allah! Which person is the best?" He replied, "He who is long-lived and whose deeds are good." They asked, "O Messenger of Allah! Which person's life is the worst?" He replied, "He who is long-lived but whose deeds are evil." Then the Prophet ﷺ said: 'اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ خَيْرَ عُمْرِي آخِرَهُ، وَخَيْرَ عَمَلِي خَوَاتِمَهُ، وَخَيْرَ أَيَّامِي يَوْمَ أَلْقَاكَ فِيهِ.' (Allahumma ij'al khayra 'umri akhirahu, wa khayra 'amali khawatimahu, wa khayra ayyami yawma alqaka fihi.) meaning: 'O Allah, make the best of my life its end, and the best of my deeds their conclusions, and the best of my days the day I meet You.'
